Work Cover
Have you been injured at work and are approved for a work cover claim? Simply bring in your work cover claim number and your case manager’s details. With your traditional treatment room along with a complete gym space, we can guide you through a comprehensive rehabilitation process making you confident in returning to work.
At Ikaika, we don't just manage your injury — we rebuild you. Our treatment room and full gym space work together so your rehab goes beyond pain relief, all the way to confident, full capacity return. We coordinate directly with your case manager so you're never navigating the process alone.
Zero out-of-pocket expenses. Once your WorkCover claim is approved, physiotherapy is fully covered. Bring your claim number and your case manager's details — we handle the rest.
How to access WorkCover physiotherapy
Report the injury
Notify your employer and WorkCover as soon as possible after the injury occurs.
Submit your claim
Complete a workers' compensation claim form — available through your employer or their insurer.
Get approved
Once approved, you'll receive a Claim Number. That number plus your case manager's details is all you need to bring to us.
Book with us
We're registered with the relevant state regulatory body. Book your assessment and we'll build the plan from there.
Full recovery doesn't mean being pain-free. It means returning to work in an even better state than before you were injured. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.
